       the appurtenances within mentioned to be the Right of the within mentioned
       Enoch Magruder his Heirs and Assigns according to the true intent and
       meaning of the within Deed and the Act of Assembly in such cases made
       and Provided And also at the same Time came Ann Wade the Wife of
       the Said Zachariah Wade who being privately examined out of the
       Hearing of her Husband did willing and freely acknowledge the within
       Deed and give up her Right of Dower of the Lands and Premisses with
       the Appurtenances within Mentioned and without being induced
       thereto by fears or threats of or ill usage by her husband or fear of

Ex.d  This Indenture Made this thirtieth Day of May
       Anno Domini one thousand Seven hundred and
       Sixty Between Richard Snowden of Annarundall
       County In the Province of Maryland Iron master of the
       one Part and John Hood of the af.d County & Province
       Planter of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Richard
       Snowden for and in Consideration of the sum of thirty
       three pounds four Shillings and nine pence Sterling to
       him in hand paid by the sad John Hood at and before the
       ensealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
       he the said Richard Snowden doth hereby Acknowledge and
       him Self there with fully satisfide Contented and paid and
       thereof & therefrom and from every part and parcel thereof
