       Whereas his Maj.ty hath been pleased by his order in council the
       19.th day of March 1718/9 at the request and Nomination of the
       Right Honble Charles Lord Baltemore (a Minor) Lord and
       Proprietor of the Province of Maryland and Francis Lord
       Guilford his Guardian for and on his behalf to give Leave
       for John Hart Esq.r Lieu.t Gov.r of that province to be
       absent for the space of twelve Months for recovery of
       his health and dureing such his absence or in case of
       his death his Majesty hath been Graciously Pleased to
       allow and approve of the first Member of the Council
       there to take upon him the Adm.rcon of the Governm.t
       of the said province  Now the condition of this obligation
       is such that if the above bound Thomas Brooke Esq.r
       president or first member of the said council shall from
       time to time and at all times dureing his said conditiontinuance
       in the Adm.rcon of the said Governm.t by vertue
       of the said appointm.t and approbation or otherwise
       observe and obey all such Directions and Instructions
       as shall at any time be sent to him from his
       Majesty or from any person or persons Now acting
