6 Richard Egleston were severally convicted ^of severall^ larcenys for which they were lyable to burning in the hand & instead of being soe punished were then ordered by the court pursuant to the late act of parlem.t for further p.rventing robery &c.a & more Effectuall transeportation of felons &c to be transported to some of his Majesties Colonies and plantacons in America for the Space of seven years & Tho.s Poole John Gibbon Tho.s Raccchen & Tho.s Butler being now convicted of severall larcenys for which they are lyable to burning in the hand or whipping & instead of being soe punished are adjudged & ordered by this court psuant to the said Act of Parlement to be tranceported to some of his Majesties Colonies and plantacons in America for the space of seven years And Whereas his Majesty hath been Pleased to extend his royall Mercy (signified by the Right Honourable John Craggs Esq.r one of his Majestys principall Secretaries of State) to Mary Cassey & John Dobson als Blower (who are severally attainted of felony for which they are excluded the Beniffitt of Clergy) upon condicon of Transportacon to some of his Maj.tys Colonies & plantations in America It is there upon ordered by this court that the said Mary Cassey & John Dobson als Blower be Tranceported accordinly I as soon as conveniently may be for the space of fourteen years persuant to the said Act & Simon Michel Esq.r Lancellot Baugh & Richard Hutton or any two of them are appointed by this court to contract for the transportacon of the severall persons af.d w.ch any pson is willing to undertake the same & Jonathan Forward of London Merchant haveing contracted & agreed with the said Simon (Michell) |
