(473 Personally Appeared M.rs Sarah Perry of London Widdow M.r Micaijah Perry and M.r Philip Perry of London Merchants Joynt Executors of the Last Will and Testament of M.r Micaijah Perry late of the parish of S.t Catharine Cree Church London Merch.t Deceased as by the originall probat of the said will under the seal of the Prerogative Court the Authentick Copy whereof is here before written word for word doth appear which said Appearers in the Quality af.d Declared to have made ordained constituted authorized and appointed and by these presents Do make ordain constitute authorize and appoint Thomas Bordley of Annapolis in the Province of Maryland Merchant their True and lawfull attorney Giving and by these presents granting unto their said attorney full power and lawfull authority for them the said constituants in their Name and to their use in the Quality af.d to Ask Demand levy Sue for And by all lawfull ways and Means Recover and Receive of and from all and every person or persons of what Degree or Quality soever whom it shall or May Concern Inhabiting in Maryland af.d all and every such Sum and Sums of Money Goods Wares Merchandizes Effects Estate and things whatsoever Due owing belonging or in any wise appertaining to them the said constituants in the Quality af.d or to the said Micaijah Perry at the time of his Decease whether by Bond Note Bill Book Debt Account Consignment or for Rent or Arrears of Rent Contract Agreement Judgment Execution Extent Process Change Rechange Costs Damages and Interests on any Protested Bill or Bills of Exchange or for or by what other reason or means soever Nothing Excepter nor reserved |
