(408 On the Back of Rich.d Bennets Pattent for two hundred Acres of Land was Endorsed the foll Endorsment viz.t Know all men by these presents that I Rich.d Bennet of this province Do assigne & Let & make over from me my heirs ex.rs adm.rs & assignes all my Right Title & Interest of this within menconed Pattent unto Rich.d Hatson of this province his heirs ex.rs adm.rs & assignes & to pforme y.e same I have hereunto set my hand the 28.th day of October 1652 Rich.d Bennett The aforegoing is Recorded at the Req.t of John Redmond of S.t Ma Co.ty 11.th Octob.r 1722 Ex.d Articles of peace and amity concluded and agreed upon between the Right Honble Charles Absolute Lord and Proprietor of this province of Maryland &c and Knosulin and Wassennge Chief of the Assateague and Pocomoke Indians on behalf of themselves and the Indians under their subjections this 22.d day of October 1722 Imp.rs It is agreed that from this day Forward there be an inviolable peace and amity between the Right |
