                         The within Mentioned Charles Hammond
       acknowledges the within instrument as his Act & Deed
       according to act of assembly And also the within menconed
       Rachel acknowledges the same instrument as her Act and
       Deed And the said Rachel being secretly examined out of
       the hearing of her said Husband acknowledges the same
       And that she does the same willingly and freely and w.thout
       being induced thereto by Fears or Threats of or Ill Usage
       by her Husband or Fear of his Displeasure according
       to act of assembly in that case made before me his  
       Lordships the Lord propry his Cheif Justice of the
       Provinciall Court this second Day of August Anno
