       Severall oaths appointed to be taken to the Governm.t
       by Act of Assembly as also the oath for the due
       execution of the within office and signed the oath
       of abjuration and test according to the Directions
       of the act af.d given under my hand the Day &
       Year above written

          This Indenture made the
       fifth day of March Anno Dom one thousand
       Seven hundred and Twenty one Between
       John Standforth of Herring Creek in Ann.ll
       County in the province of Maryland planter of
       the one part & W.m Lock of said county and
       province Gent of the other part wittnesseth
       that whereas the said John Standforth
       is for his Life time by the curtesie of England
       possessed of a certain tract of Land lying at herring
       creek aforesaid being part of Dianah Fords
       Beaverdam and sold by Tho.s Foord to Jn.o Farr
       containing by estimation one hundred & five acres
       for & in consideration of the sum of fifteen p.ds sterl
