       Charles Absolute Lord and Propry of the
       Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron
       of Baltemore in the Kingdom of Ireland &c

           To all Persons to Whome these presents shall
       shall come Greeting in our Lord God Everlasting
       Know ye that we Reposeing Speciall Trust and
       Confidence in the Capacity Care & Deligence of
       Bennett Lowe of our said Province of Maryland Esq.r
       Have made constituted ordained authorized & appointed
       & by these presents we Do make constitute ordaine
       authorize & Appoint him the said Bennet Lowe
       to be our Chief Agent Escheator and Receiver
       Generall of all our Rents Arrears of Rent Fines
       forfeitures Tobaccos or Monys for land Warrants
       of All ferrys Waiess Estrays & Deodands of all Duties
       ariseing from or growing due upon exportation of Tob.o
       & Tunnage of ships & all other Money Tobaccos
       or Other Effects in any Manner ^or^ of ways now due  
       or hereafter to grow Due whether by protested Bills
       of Exchange or other wise to use w.thin the s.d Province
       Hereby granting to the s.d Bennet Lowe full power
       & authority to Sell & Dispose of all Lands Tenements
       & Hereditaments to us now escheated or forfeited or
       hereafter to be escheated or forfeited to such pson
       or persons as shall agree to pay for them such
