       Brittain &c.a Annoq Dom 1721 Between Alex.a
       Rosenquest of Ann arundell County Gent of the
       one part and Thom.s Perry Planter of the said county
       of y.e other part Wittnesseth that the said Parry
       hath and by these presents doth bind and put
       him self a servant to the s.d Alex.r Rosenquest
       to serve him or his assignes for the space of three
       years from the twenty fifth day of December
       one thousand Seven hundred and Twenty One
       which will happen the said day in the year
       one thousand seven hundred and twenty four
       and Doth hereby covenant well & Truely to
       Serve his said Master or his Lawfull assignes
       for the Dureing the said Term According to
       Law and Customs of this Province for and in
       consideretation thereof the said Alex.r Rosenquest
       doth promise and agree w.th the said Tho.s
       Perry to quit and Discharge a certain serv.t
       Mary Case in the years of her servitude
       and as alsoe to find the afores.d Perry and
       provide for him all necessary cloaths meat
       Drink Dashing Lodging and all other
       necessarys fitt and convenient for him according
       to the custome of this province & as other serv.t
