       Maryland fs      Know all men by these
       presents that I John Finley Jun.r late of
       London now of this province Have by these
       presents made Ordained and Constituted and in my
       Stead and place put and Deputed my trust and
       well beloved friend Rich.d Lewis of Baltemore
       County in the province of Maryland aforesaid
       Merchant my true and Lawfull Attorney for
       me and in my name & for my use to ask Demand
       Sue for Levey recover and receive all such ^sum &^ sums
       of money Debts goods wares Merchandizes ^dues^ acc.ts
       and Other Demands whatsoever which are or
       shall be due owing payable and belonging
       to me or Detained from me any Manner of
       ways or means whatsoever by any pson or
       psons whatsoever by any pson or
       psons whatsoever by any part & parcell forever
       Giveing and Granting unto my said Attorney
       by these presents my full and whole Power
       Strength and Authority in and ab.t the premisses
       to have use and exercise and take all Lawfull
       ways and means whatsoever in any wayes name
       for the recovery thereof or any part or parcell thereof
       & upon the receipt of any such Debts dues or sums
       of Money aforesaid Acquittances or other sufficient
                                                                      (Discharge)
