       the name of him the said constituant to enter into and
       upon and take Possession and Seizin of all and every his
       the said constituants Houses messuages Land Tenements &
       Hereditaments whatsoever and every of them scituate lying
       and being in the Province of Maryland afd and the same
       or any part thereof either to Lett Sett and Demise or otherwise
       to contract for grant Bargain Sell and Dispose of the same
       to such Person & Persons & at & under such Rents Rates
       Prices & consideracon as his said attorneys shall think
       fitt and to that end to make Do Signe and Pass all such writings
       acts matters and things as shall be Requisite & Ne^ce^ssary in
       the Premisses also to Demand Receive & take all such rents
       & arrearages of Rents as are or shall be any waies due or
       owing to the said constituant and upon Receipts to give
       Discharges for the same but in case of Nonpayment to
       Distrane and make one or more Distresses and the same
       to Prosecute til Recovery of the Said Rent or part thereof
       and Generally in and Concerning the p.rmisses to Do perform
       and Execute all and whatsoever shall be Requisite and
       Necessary as fully amply and effectually to all
       Intents Constructions and Purposes as he the said
       constituant might or could Doe if Personally
       present and that altho the cause should ^require^ Deliver
       more Ample or Especiall Power then is herein
