       Demand w.tsoever by from or under him the s.d John
       Hyde or such other pson or psons as shall so
       claim under him as af.d or by from or under his
       Their or any of their Titles or Interest And
       Further that the s.d John Hyde and his heirs from
       time to time and at all times hereafter shall & will
       upon the Reasonable Resque and at the Costs
       and Charges ^in^ of the Law of the s.d Mathew
       Tilghman Ward his heirs or Assignes Doe
       make Acknowledge Levey suffer or Execute
       all and Every such further & other Reasonable
       Act and Acts thing and things Conveyance and
       Conveyances Assurance and Assureances in the Law
       whatsoever for the further and more pfect conveying
       and assureing & sure makeing of the s.d Island of
       Land and premisses hereby granted w.th their &
       every of their appurtenances and every part
       & pcell thereof unto the said Mathew Tilghman
       Ward his heirs & assignes as by the s.d Mathew
