273) to these presents) of the Other part bearing date the first day of March in the year of our Lord god one thousand seven hundred and Eighteen did for the consideracon therein menconed sell & convey unto the s.d Andrew Norwood and his heirs and Assignes for Ever the af.d Tract of Land and premisses w.th the Appurtinances thereunto belonging as by the before Recited patent Will and Deed remaining on Record referance being thereto had may more fully and at Large Appear Now this Indenture Further Wittnesseth that the said Andrew Norwood for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and six pounds Curr.t Money of Maryland and forty four pounds Sterling Money to him in hand paid by the said Caleb Dorsey the Receipt whereof by ^he^ the s.d Andrew Norwood doth hereby Acknowledge and of Every part and percell thereof doth hereby fully clearly and absolutely Exonerate acquit and for Ever Discharge him the s.d Caleb Dorsey his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs by these presents Hath Given Granted bargained sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents doth for himself and his heirs give grant bargaine sell Enfeoffe and Confirme unto him the s.d Caleb Dorsey the af.d Tract of Land called Blackwells Search together w.th the Appurtenances thereunto belonging To have and to hold the said tract |
