256 Togather with all and singular the Plantations tennements heireditaments buildings edefices orchards gardens fences woods underwoods trees timber trees cultivated and Improved grounds and all other Improvements and appurtinances whatsoever and all and singular other the Rights members bennifitts priveledges Imunitys herriditaments and advantages whatsoever unto the Said Severall and particular tracts and parcells of Land and Premises belonging or in any Manner of ways and Means thereunto or unto any part and parcell thereof Appertaining As alsoe the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders thereof And all the Estate right Title interest inherritance propperty possession Claime and demand whatsoever of her the Said Mary her heirs and every of them or which she the Said Mary her heirs or any of them now have or hereafter shall or may by virtue of the Last will and Testament of her said Father or by any other ways pretence or means whatsoever have or claime or pretend to have or claime either by the Statute or att Common Law or in Equety of in and unto all and singular the before herein and hereby granted and sold or intended to be herein and hereby granted and sold lands premises and herriditaments with the appurtinances unto him the said Richard Bennett his heirs and assignes forever To have and to hold all and singular the said Severall and Particular tracts and parcells of Land Togather with all and singular the Plantations tennements and herriditaments and all and singular other the Bargained premises with their and every of their Rights members and (appurtinances) |
