       intimate in the Family and Cousen

       City of Waterford in the Kingdom of
       Ireland shopkeeper aged fifty six
       years or thereabouts came this Day
       before me and made oath on the
       Holy Evangelists that the above
       named Peter Murty is the only
       son and heir (That is Living) of the
       abovenamed Stephen Murty this Depon.ts
       Cause of Knowledge is that he was
       alwaies intimate and conversant with
       the said Stephen Murty and his family
       when Dwelling in the said City of
       Waterford and Knew the said Peter
       Murty when a child
