       Martin Fz Patrick of the City of Waterford
       in the Kingdom of Ireland Merch.t aged forty
       years or thereabouts came this Day before me
       and & made oath on the Holy Evangelists that
       M.r Peter Murty Late of Waterford afors.d and
       now of Teneriffe in the Canary Islands is the
       only son and heir of Stephen Murty who Dyed
       in Maryland Possessed of the Plantations
       called New Passage & New Waterford otherwise
       called Murtys Fields This Depon.ts cause of
       Knowledge is that she saw the said Peter at
       his nurses brest and Remembers his birth being
       intimate in the family and cousen German to
       the said Peter Murty

       of Knowledge is that she was Present at
       the Birth of the said Peter Murty in the said
       City of Waterford and was alwaies convesant
       in the family being ^his^ the said Peters Cousen
       German
