       considerations me Thereunto Moving Have authorized
       constituted and appointed and in my Place and
       Stead Put and by These Presents Doe Nominate
       authorize constitute and appoint and in my
       Place and stead Putt Patrick Trahee of
       London merchant to be my True and Lawfull
       attorny for me and in my name and
       To my use to sue for Recover and Take
       Possesion of all those Two Plantations
       or Parcells of Lands Together with the
       Negroes Cattle Stock & Improvements
       thereon to me belonging as son and heir
       of my Late father Stephen Murty by
       Elizabeth his wife formerly Elizabeth
       Power late of Waterford in Ireland
       Deceased which Two Plantations are
       scituate Lyeing and being in Maryland
       in America and Commonly Known by the
       Name of Murtys fields alias New waterford
       and New Passage formerly in the
       Possession of Late Father and since his
       Death of Clement Hill of Maryland
       aforesaid and all other Lands hereditaments
       and Premisses to me belonging or which shall
       hereafter belong or appertain to me in
       Maryland aforesaid and from time to time
       at his Discresion to Lett Sett Mannage
