       William Pledge now convicted of Larceny for which he
       is lyable to Whipping & instead of being so punished is
       ordered by the Court Psuant to the late act of parlem.t
       for further preventing Robery Burglary & Other felonies
       & for the severall ^more effectuall^ transportation of felons &c to be transported
       to some of his Majesties Colonies & plantacons in a
       America for the space of seven years & Simon Michel
       Esq.r Lancelott Baugh & David Fuller Gent or any two
       of them are appointed by this court to contract for the  
       transportation of the said William Pledge w.th any
       person willing to undertake the same And Jonathan
       Forward of London Merchant having contracted &
       agreed with the said Simon Michel & Lancelott
       Baugh & Giveing security to the satasfaccon of this court
       effecutally to pforme such transportation It is thereupon
       further ordered by this court that the said Will.m
       Pledge be & is hereby conveyed and made
       over to & to the use of the said Jonathan Forward
