    The Condition of the above Obligation
       is Such that if the s.d Charles Calvert Esq.r
       who is appoint Lieut Governour of this
       Province by his Lordship Charles Lord Baron
       of Baltemore Lord prop.ry thereof shall
       not Dureing his Continuance in the s.d Governm.t
       trade as a Merch.t for himself or as a factor
       or Agent for any other Person or Psons
       in any goods Wares or Merch.tdize nor
       be concernd as Owner of any ship or
       vesell w.tsoever Then this Obligation
       to be Void and off non effect otherwise in
       in full force & Vertue
