       that end to make doe signe and pass all and every such wrighting act matter &
       thing as shall be requisite and necessary in and about the Premises which
       shall be of as much force effect and Virtue to all Intents Constructions and purposes
       as if by them or any of them the said Constituents made done or executed
       Also if need be to appear before all Lords Judges and Justices in any Court or
       Courts there to answer defend and reply in all matters and Causes touching or
       Concerning the premises to do say pursue implead seize sequester attach
       Imprison and soe Condemn and out of prison again to Deliver upon recoveryes
       and receipts to give one or more acquitances or other suff.t Discharges
       in due form of Law and Generally in and Concerning the premises to doe
       perform and execute all & whatsoever shall be requisite and necessary as
       fully amply and effectually to all Intents Constructions and purposes as
       they the said Constituents Joyntly or severally might or could doe if personally
       present and to Consigne what shall be received by Virtue of these presents to
       M.r Micah.a Perry of London Merch.t for the use of them the said Constituents
       they the said Constituents hereby severally promising to Ratifie Confirme &
       hold for good and Valid all and whatsoever their said attorneys or either of
       them shall Lawfully doe or Cause to be done in or about the premises by
       Vertue of these presents In faith and Testimony whereof the said Constituents
       have to this present publique Instrument of Procuration sett their
       hands & seales before the said Lord Mayor and the said Notary and
       Wittneses under wrighting & delivered the same in their presence at the
       Citty of York afd to the use of the said Procurators according to the True
       Intent hereof the day month & year first above written
