530 Maryland fs x.d This Indenture Made the 9.th Day of July Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and nineteen Between Thomas Given of Baltemore County Planter of the one part and W.m Roberson of the same county planter of the other part Wittnesseth that the said Tho.s Gwin for and in consideration of the sume of Twenty six pounds Sterling to him in hand paid by the said W.m Roberson the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge & thereof & of every part & parcell thereof doth fully ^clearly^ and absolutly acquit exonorate and discharge the said W.m Roberson his executors & adm.rs by these psents Hath given Granted Bargained sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents Doth give grant Bargain ^sell^ aliene Enfeoff & Confirm unto the said William Roberson his heirs and assignes for ever All that parcell of Land formerly Laid Out for Paul Kinsey of the Province af.d planter called Brandon formerly lying in Annarundell County bit now in Baltemore County on the south side of patapsco River and on the north west side of a creek in y.e said River called Deep Creek (except sixty acres part thereof sold by the said Thomas Gwin unto a certain Tho.s Crocker) Begining at a markt White Oake at the mouth of the creek standing upon a point runing for breadth up the creek south west and by west one one hundred pches to a marked oak bounded on the west by a line Drawn North from the said Oake eighty pches and by a line Drawn North West and by west from the end of the north line three hundred and twenty pches for Length on the north by a line drawn north east and by east from the end of the north west and by west line one hundred perches to a marked Oake on the side of Brandon bay on the east by the said Bay unto the first markt Oake on the on the south by Deep Creeke containing and then laid out for Two hundred and fifty acres More or Less Together with all Rights Priviledges and Appurtinances thereunto belonging or in any wise appurtaineing To have & to Hold the afd Land land & premisses with the appurtinaces (excepted before excepted) to him the said William Roberson (his) |
