513 May 23 1719 Then Came the within Named Richard Lancaster & John Boyd two of the subcribing evidences to this Letter of Attorney Before me One of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court of Maryland and made Oath on the holy evangelist of all Mighty God that they saw w.thin Named Higginson and Bud Sing and seald as his act and Deed and Deliverd this Letter of Attorney to and for the use of the Within Named Patrick Sympt son Jurat Die & Anno Sup.a Dict Sworn before Mee James Stoddart I Do by these presents nominate and appoint M.r William Polack as my Lawfull Substitute To act and Transact all and singular in my absence the affaires within the Reach of the Within Power as if don by me Wittness my hand & seale this 30.th of Ap.ll 1719 Wittness John Ouchterlong John Cooke Patrick Sympson (sea) Recorded May the 25.th 1719 By This Publick Instrument of procuration or Letter of Attorney Be it Known & Manifest unto all those who shall see these presents or hear the same Read that on the twenty Eighth day of the Month of November Anno Dom 1718 and in the fifth year of the Reigne of Our Sovereigne Lord George by the Grace of God King of Great Brittain &c.a Before Me James Dunnidge Notra & Tabellion Publick Residing in London by the Royall Authority Duly Admitted and swon and in the Presents of the Wittnesses hereafter Named Personally Appeard M.r Gibert Higginson of London Marchant who Declared to have Made or Dained Constituted ^Authorized^ and Appointed ^and by these presents doth make Ordain Constitute and appoint^ M.r Patrick Sympson of Maryland Merchant and in case of his Mortality or Absence (Cap.t John) |
