509 hand and seale this seventh day of July 1718 Wittness Dan.ll Carroll Ri Smith (Seale) Laurence Reily July 7 1718 Then Came the within named Richard Smith before me Samuel Young one of his Lordships Justices of the Prov.ll Court and acknowledged the endorsm.t and release on the Other Side according to Act of Assembly in such cases made & provided Sam.l Young Recorded Oct.r 27 1718 On the back of a certain deed made between Rich.d Smith Gent of the one p.t and Charles Carroll Esq.r of the other p.t & Recorded in this book fol 400 was thus endorst Viz.t Know all men by these presents that I the within Named Richard Smith for and in consideration of the sume of three hundred pounds Sterl as also for and in Consid.n of the sume of five shill sterl to me in hand paid by the within Named Charles the receipt whereof I doe hereby acknowledge have as by these presents I do for Me and my heirs remise release and for ever Quit Claime of in and unto the Lands or their [illegible] all my right title interest or equity of Redempt.n of in and unto the Lands within menconed so that the s.d Charles is to hold and enjoy the same to him & his heirs as an absolute estate in fee simple without condition Limitation or Equity of Redemption in favour of me or my heirs In Wittness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale this seventh day of July 1718 Ri Smith (Sea) Wittness Dan.ll Carroll Laurence Reily July 7 1718 Then Came Richard Smith before me Sam.l Young one of his Lordships Justices of the Prov.ll Court and acknowledged the endorsment and release on the other side according to Act of Assembly in such cases made and provided Sam.ll Young Recorded Octob 27 1718 |
