       now escheated ^or^ forfeited or hereafter to be escheated or Forfeited to
       Such person or persons as shall agree to pay for them such reasonable
       Rates in Mony as shall be agreed for Also to Inspect
       into order mannage and account for all and every other branch
       and Branches of our Revenew w.thin our said province Whether
       the same be or grow due by particular contract conditions of
       plantacon act or acts of assembly or by vertue of our Royalties
       Rights previledges and prerogatives within the said Province
       And for the better and more effectuall execution of the said ^Powers and^ authorities
       hereby granted Wee do further authorise him the said Henry
       Low to give such Directions and Orders to the Navall Officers of
       our said province whom by an instructions which we have sent
       to Captain Hart our Lieutenant Governour are to be our ship in
       officers for ^the^ receiveing or collecting all our Duties ^ariseing^ by exportation of
       tobaccos as also the duty of Tunnage of shipps as he the said Henry
       Low shall think fitt and the said shipping officers are hereby
       required to obey him the said Henry Lowe accordingly Hereby
       Ordering and requireing him the said Henry Low to remitt
       unto us for our proper use by the first and safest oppertunities
       all such monys effectts or Bills of Exchange as shall arise
       grow de and be received by or from our said Shipping Officers
       on all or any of the aforesaid branches of our Revenue And
       upon the receipt of any mony bills of exchange or other effects
       Sufficient Discharges and acquittances to give and signe
       to the person or persons concernd or owing such moneys
       effectts and bills of exchange and generally to act and do and
       performe fullfill and accomplish all and every other act and
       acts thing and things requisite and necessary for the due
       execution performance and justly Discharging y.e severall
       respective officers powers and authorities hereby given and
       granted him or Intended to be given and granted him And
       we do hereby ratifie confirme and hold for good effectuall and
       Valid whatsoever the said Henry Low shall Lawfully doe or cause
       to be done in the premises Notwithstanding any Insufficiency
       or defect in the Words Expressions Clauses or Sentances of this
       our comision and altho every particular Matter Strictly requisite
