       Thousand seven hundred and fifteen by and between Alexand.r Parran of
       Calvert County Merch.t of the one Parte and Charles Carroll of the City
       of Annapolis Esq.r of the other parte wittnesseth that y.e s.d Alexand.r
       Parran for and in consideracon of the sume of ninety nine pounds
       Twelve shill and five pence sterl to him in hand paid or secured to be
       paid by the s.d Charles the receipt whereof y.e s.d Alexander doth hereby
       acknowledge and thereof doth accquitt and Discharge him y.e s.d Charles
       his heirs executors and ad.ms by these presents Hath given granted
       bargained sold aliend enfeofd and confirmed and by these presents doth
       give Grant Bargaine sell alien enfeoffe and confirme unto him y.e s.d Charles
       his heirs and assignes for ever All that Tract or parcell of Land lyeing in
       Calvert County afd called parrans parte and expressing by patent bearing
       date y.e Tenth day of July one Thousand seven hundred and eight to
       containe three hundred acres  And alsoe all that piece or parcell of
       Land lyeing alsoe in Calvert County and by him purchased of Tho.s day
       of the s.d County containeing or menconing by the conveyance thereof
       from y.e s.d Tho.s to y.e s.d Alexander to containe ninety acres more or less
       And alsoe all that Tract of Land Lyeing in Baltemore County
       on the north side of y.e western Branch of bush river and expressing
