       expressed all that tract or pcell of Land Called Holly
       ^Neck^ Lying on the west side of the bay in Baltimore County
       in a river or in the said county called Gunpowder River
       in a branch in the said river called Wells's Branch & on
       the south side of the said Branch   Begining
       att a marked white oak standing on a Low point by a
       great cove respecting to the south east and by east
       a small Island near the said point w.ch Island
       respecteth the mouth of the river runing from the
       said White oak up the said Wells branch for breadth
       two hundred pches to a marked Ceader standing on a
       Low point of marsh being the southernmost point of
       a Creek Called Ceedar creek bounded on the said Ceader by
       a Line west south west three hundred and twenty perches
       bounded on the west south west by a Line drawn east south
       east Two hundred perches bounded on the east south east
       by a Lyne Drawn east north east three hundred & twenty
       perches to the marked oak standing by the cove from
       the said white oak Crossing y.e Cove southerly to a marked
       Chesnut standing on a small point in y.e s.d Cove respecting
       to y.e east south east a small Island being y.e south
       point of y.e said river runing from y.e said Chesnut oak
       a Cross y.e neck west south west Thirty perches to a marked
       red oak standing on a barren shrubby point at
       y.e head of a Cove Called Shoule Cove bounded on y.e s.d
       red oak by a Line Drawn South down the said Cove
       to a marked oak on y.e point by the river one hundred
       & sixty perches bounded on y.e said oak on y.e point
       runing northerly a long y.e River to y.e marked
       Chesnut oak Containing and Laid out for
