       Discharge y.e s.d George Wells his Heires Exec.rs & Admi.rs
       Hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and
       Confirmed And by these p.rsents doth for himselfe and his
       Heires Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and
       Confirme unto him y.e said George Wells and to his heires
       All and singular y.e afore menconed Land & p.rmisses
       with y.e Appurtences To have and to hold y.e s.d Tract
       of Land & p.rmisses with y.e Appurtences unto him y.e
       said George Wells his Heires and Assignes for ever To y.e
       onely proper use & behoofe of him y.e said George Wells
       his Heires & Assignes for ever And to none other use
       Intent or purpose whatsoever And y.e said Charles for
       himselfe and his heires doth hereby Covent pmise Grant
       and Agree to and with y.e s.d George Wells and his Heires
       and Assignes that he y.e s.d Charles Carroll and his heires
       shall and will from Time to Time and at all Times for
       ever hereafter warrant & defend y.e af.d Tract of Land
       and p.rmisses with y.e Appurtences to y.e said George
       Wells by these p.rsents Bargained & Sold or intended
       to be hereby Bargained & Sold and every part and
       parcell thereof unto him y.e s.d George Wells his Heires
       and Assignes from and against him y.e s.d Charles Carroll
       and his Heires and ^against^ all manner of persons claimeing
       or which hereafter may Claime any Right Title Interest
       Property Claime or Demand of in or unto y.e same by from
       or under him or them And y.e s.d Charles Carroll for himselfe
       and his Heires doth hereby further Coven.t promise Grant
       and Agree to and with y.e s.d George Wells his Heires and
       Assignes that he y.e said Charles and his Heires shall
       and will from time to time and at all Times hereafter
       doe make Acknowledge Suffer and Execute or cause to be
       made done suffered Acknowledged and Executed All and
       every such further Act or Acts Thing or Things Conveyances
       and Assureances in y.e Law whatsoever As by y.e said George
       Wells his Heires & Assignes or his or their Councill learned
       in y.e Law shall be reasonably devised advised or required
       for y.e further better & further Assureance surety and
       sure makeing of all and singular y.e p.rmisses unto him y.e
       said George Wells his Heires & Assignes according to y.e true
       Intent & meaning of these p.rsents In Witnesse whereof y.e
       parties to these p.rsents have hereunto sett their hands and
       affixed their seales y.e Day and Yeare first above written
