       the Lawfull let suite trouble Molestation or Interuption of the said George
       Parker his heires Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes any thing in these presents contained
       to the Contrary Notwithstanding In Wittness whereof the parties first
       above named to these present Indentures interchangeably their hands &
       Seales have sett the day & year first above written

       w.thin Menconed Negro Called Jack delivered to the Within named George
       Parker by the said Thomas Billingsley in the name of Livery and seizen of
       all the within menconed premises in the psence of us

       Indenture to be his act & deed and at the same time Hannah the wife of the
       said Thomas Billingsley being by us secretly examined out of the heareing
       of her said husband did confess that she did of her own free & Volantary
       will and without any threats or fear of her husbands displeasure give
       up all her Right title Interest dowery Claime and demand of in and unto
       the within menconed Lands & premises unto the w.thin named George
       Parker his heires and assignes for ever according to the tennor true Intent
       and meaning of the within written Indenture

             I Doe hereby Certifie that the above named Thomas Billingsley on the
          21.st day of Septemb.r Anno 1710 Came before me and acknowledged the
       w.thin written Indenture to be his act & deed and at the same time Hannah
       his wife being by me secretly exam.d declared she gave up all her Right
       title Interest Dowry Claime & demand of and unto the within menconed
       Lands & premises unto the w.thin named George Parker according to
       the Tennor of the w.thin deed & w.thout any threat or fear of her said
       husbands Displeasure
