           heires &c.a the s.d Moyety of Land and p.rmises
       before Granted Bargained and sold with the
       appurtenances unto the s.d Edw.d Horne his
       heires and assignes to the only proper Use &
       behoofe of her ^him^ the s.d Edward Horne his heires
       and assignes for Ever against her the s.d Eliz.a
       Rousby her heires and Assignes and all and
       Every other person and persons whatsoever
       Lawfully Claimeing by from or under her
       them or any of them and by from or under
       any Pson or Psons whatsoever shall and will
       warrant and for ever defend by these Presents
       and the said Eliz.a Rousby her her s.d atturny
       for her selfe her heires Executors and adm.rs
       do Covenant promise Grant and Agree to &
       with the s.d Edw.d Horne his heires & Assignes and
       Every of them by these presents that she the
       said Eliz.a Rousby at the time of the
       ensealeing and delivery of these presents
       is and untill a good pure perfect and
       absolute Estate of Inheritance of all
       and singular the before menconed
       premises and Every part and parcell
       thereof shall be fully Vested setled and
       executed in and upon the s.d Edw.d Horne and his
       heires according to the True Intent and meaning
       of these presents shall Remaine Continue
       and be seized of in & the s.d Land and premises
       with the appurtenances in and by these presents
       granted bargained and sold of a Good pure
       perfect absolute Estate of inheritance in fee
