73 before mentioned Relation being thereunto had may more fully appeare And Whereas in and by one Indenture bearing Date the Twentieth Day of January which was in the said year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and two aforesaid made between the said John Hyde of the one part and the said Isaac Milner of the other part it is Covenanted declared and agreed by and between the said John Hyde and the said Isaac Milner and the said John Hyde did thereby for himself and his heirs Covenant declare and agree to and with the said John ^Isaac^ Milner that he the said John Hyde and his heirs should from thence forth for Ever stand and be seized of the premises therein and herein after menconed and of Every part and Parcell thereof with the appurtenances to the only proper use and behoofe of them the said John Hyde and Isaac Milner then heirs and assignes for Ever as by the said last Recited Indenture relacon being thereunto had may more fully appeare Now this Indenture Wittnesseth that the said John Hyde and Isaac Milner for and in Consideration of the sume of five hundred thirty and Eight pounds of Lawfull money of Great Brittaine to them or one of them in hand paid by the said Richard Harrison and Seth Biggs att and before the Ensealing and delivery of these (presents) |
