           and Richard Harrison of Calvert County in the province
       of Maryland Merchant and Seth Biggs of the said province
       Merchant of the other part  Wittnesseth that the said John
       Hyde and Isaac Miller for and in Consideration of the
       sume of five shillings to them in hand paid by them
       the said Richard Harrison and Seth Biggs at and before the
       Ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
       whereof is hereby acknowledged have and Each of
       them hath bargained and sold and by these presents
       Doe and Each of them doth bargain and sell unto the
       said Richard Harrison and Seth Biggs  All that Mannor
       Called abingtons mannor Lying on the East side of
       Potuxant river Begaining at a markt oake standing
       at the mouth of a Creeke Called Abingtons Creeke runing
       for breadth south and by East down the River by a Creeke
       five hundred perches bounding on the south by a Line
       Drawn East from the end of the South and by East
       Line for Length three hundred and twenty per.s on
       the East by a Line drawn for breadth five hundred perches
       untill it intersect a parrellell drawn from abingtons
       Creeke on the north by the said Creeke and Parrellell on
       the west by the said River Containing and Laid out
       for one thousand acres more or Less togeather
       with all Royalties ad Previledges (Royall mines Excepted)
