       and every part thereof doth release acquitt and discharge the
       said John Gooding his heirs Executors & Ad.rs and every of them
       forever by these presents he the said Thomas Gray hath
       granted bargained sold remised released and Confirmed
       and in and by these these presents doth grant bargain
       sell remise release and Confirme unto the said John
       Gooding his heires & assignes all that tract peece or pcell
       of Land Cont.a by Estimation two hundred and fifty acres be
       the same more or Less Commonly Called or Knowne by the
       name of Trowbridge scituate Lying and being in Calv.t County
       in the said Province of Maryland late in the tenure of occupacon
       of the said Thomas Gray his tenants or Assignes  And also
       all that other tract peece or pcell of Land Cont by Estimacon
       one hundred forty and six acres be the same more or Less
       Called or Knowne by the name of Brooks Chance or Choice ^situate^ Lying
       and being in Calvert County afd in Maryland afd and Late Likewise
       in the tenor or occupation of the said Thomas Gray his Tenants or
       assignes  And also All that one other tract peece or parcell
       of Land Containing by Estimation four hundred and fifty a
       be the same more or Less Commonly Called or Knowne by
       the name of Parkers Choice or chance scituate lying and being
       in Baltemore County near Susquehanna River in Maryland
       afd and Late Likewise in the Tenure or occupation of
       the said Thomas Gray his Tenants or Assignes and also all &
       every the houses Messuages tenements Erections ^buildings^ preveledges
       woods underwoods trees fences hedges Ditches Cattle & stock of
       what nature and Kind soever to the said severall tracts of Land
       belonging or in any wise appertaining All which p.rmises
       now are in the actuall possession of the s.d John Gooding
       by virtue of a Bargaine and Sale to him thereof made
       for one whole yeare by Indenture bearing Date the
       day next before y.e Day of y.e Date of these presents  In
       Consideration of five shill therein menconed and by
       force of the statute for transferring uses into possession
