133 by acquit & Discharge them the said Samuell the father and the sd Samuell the son their heires Executors Administ.rs & Assignes Have granted Bargained Sold aliened released enfeoffed & Confirmed and by these presents Doe grant Bargain Sell alien release enfeoffe & Confirme unto the said Samuell Chew the father and the said Samuel Chew the son in their actuall possion now being by Virtue of one Indenture of Lease bearing date the Last day of Nov.r last past before the date of these presents and made between the said John Stalling of the one part and the said Sam.ll Chew the father and the s.d Sam.ll Chew the son of the other part their heires and assignes All those two parcells of Land lyeing in Calvert County Cont.a togeather Two hundred acres (to witt) one percell ^of Land^ Called Stalling's Lot surveyed for one hundred and fifty acres the 5.th day of July 1677 and the Other being part of that part of Robinsons Rest that now is or Lately was in possession of the said John Stalling and adjoyning to the said Stalling's Lott the same Two hundred acres to be butted & bound as followeth (Viz.t) first the said Stallings Lott by the Lines of the survey thereof and then from the west side of that Land to Extend Lines to the Westward unto y.e s.d John Stalling his part of the said Land Called Robinsons Rest takeing the whole breadth of such his the said John his part untill by north and South Bounds the Just Quantity of two hundred acres of Land shall upon the said Two percells of Land be fully made good and Compleated And all Houses Edifices building fences woods timber & Timber Trees and other hereditaments whatsoever to the said Two hundred acres of Land so to be butted & bounded as afores.d belonging w.th their and Every of their apputts And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profitts thereof & perticularly the Rents reserved in & by the said Indenture of Lease bearing date the last day of Nov.r last past w.th their and every of their appurtences And all the Estate Right Title Intrest property Claime & demand whatsoever of them the s.d John Stalling Richard Stalling and Jacob Stalling their & every of their heires & assignes out of in & into the said two hundred acres of Land & the hereditaments to the same belonging and every part thereof To have and to hold the same (two) |
