       and firmly bound unto our sovn Lady Queen
       Anne &c.a in the full sume & Just Quantity
       of three hundred Thousand pounds of Good
       sound merchantable leafe tob.o & cask to be
       paid to her said Majesty her heirs & successors
       to y.e w.ch payment well and truly to be paid we
       Binde our selves and either of us our & either
       of our heirs Executors & Adm.rs Joyntly &
       severally for the whole & in the whole firmly
       by these presents as wittness our hands &
       seals y.e      Day of June in the third
       year of her Majesty's reigne Anno Dni 1704

                The Condition of the above obligation
       is such y.t if the above bounden Rob.t Ungle
       do well & truly serve her said Majesty her
       heirs & successors in the office of high sher of
       the said County of Talbott w.thin this Province
       afd & also shall render unto her said Maj.ty
       and others her said officers a true faithfull &
       perfect acc.t of all and singular her said
       Majestys rights and dues and to her officers
       a true & just accou^n^t of their fees y.t he shall
       or may be intrusted with by her Majesty's
       Governour & other her officers within this
       Province afd to receive and Collect & his
       account to her said Majesty her heirs &
       successors or to her or their Governour here
       for the Time being for the fines and forfeitures
