                   Know all men by these presents that wee Goovert
       Loockerman Jacob Loockerman Sen.r Thomas Ennalls
       & Hugh Ecclestone of the County of Dorchester
       in the Province afd gent.n are holden and firmly
       bound unto our sovn Lady Anne &c in the full
       sume & Just quantity of two hundred thousand
       pounds of good sound merchant leaf tob.o & Caske to
       be paid to her said Majesty her heirs and successors
       to the w.ch paym.t well and truly to be made
       wee bind our selves and either of us and either
       of our heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Joyntly & severally
       for the whole and in the whole firmly by these
       presents sealed with our seales and dated the
       sixth day of Aug.t  In y.e 5.th year of her Majestys
       Reigne &c  Anno Dni 1706

       The condition of the above obligation is such y.t if the above  
       bounden Goovert Loockerman do well and truly
       serve her said Majesty her heires and successors in the
       office of high sher of the County of Dorchester within
       the province afd and shall also render unto her said
       Majesty and other her officers a true faithfull &
       perfect account of all and singular her Majestys
       rights and Dues and to her officers a true and just acc.t
       of their fees that he shall or may be intrusted with
       by her Majestys Gov.r and other her officers within
