       or touching or concerning any Fees or
       perquisites Tob.o or sume of mony by him y.e
       said W.m Dent at any time heretofore
       rece^i^ved or paid upon my acc.o or touching
       or concerning any other matter or thing
       whatsoever and for me & in my name
       to co^n^clude & settle the same and with
       such allowances as the said Robert
       Quarry George Plater and Amos Garrett
       Joyntly or any two of them in their
       Judgments and discretions shall think
       fitting and convenient and I doe hereby
       give full power and authority to y.e s.d Rob.t
       Quarry George Plater and Amos Garrett
       Joyntly or to any two of them upon y.e stating
       the said accounts to give such releases and
       discharges as they or any two of them shall
       think proper and expedient and whereas
       upon a Representacon made to the Governor
       & Councill of the s.d province of Maryland in
       an assembly held the fifth day of December
       one thousand seven hund.d & four y.t y.e s.d

       thereupon ordered that William Bladen
