       Concord for y.e Consideracon therein
       menconed did Convey and acknowledge
       the afd manno.r of Land and appurtences
       to be y.e right of one Mathias Decosta
       decd late of Baltem.r County to hold to him
       and his heires forever as in & by y.e said
       concord remaineing on record in the
       Provinciall Co.rt relacon being thereunto
       had it doth & may more fully & at large
       appear and afterwards since the death
