       to be paid by the s.d John Hyde y.e rec.t whereof
       he the s.d s.d Jn.o Barrott Doth hereby
       accknowledge & thereof & of every parte and
       parcell thereof doth hereby for him his heires
       ex.rs & adm.rs exonerate, accquitt & Discharge,
       him y.e s.d Jo.n Hyde & therewith hold himself
       fully sattisfied hath Bargained sold aliened
       enfeoffed & confirmed as by these presents he
       Doth for him & his heires Bargaine sell
       aliene enfeoffe & confirme unto him y.e said
       Jn.o Hyde his heires & assis forever all that
       those two severall Tracts of Land herein
       after described (viz) one hundred & eighty
       acres of Land now in y.e possession of y.e said
       Jo.n being parte of a certaine Tract of Land
       called y.e vale of Benjamine Conveyed to
       the s.d John Barrott by one Thomas Stockett
       thereunto authorized by the Last will and
       Testam.t of Mary Yate & ^by^ the severall meets
