       and twenty Pounds sterl at or before the
       sealing and Delivery of these p.rsents by the
       s.d John Hyde to him in hand paid or secured to
       be paid the receipt whereof he y.e s.d William
       Doth hereby accknowledge & thereof & of
       every parte and parcell thereof Doth hereby
       for him & his heires Ex.rs and adm.rs exonerate
       accquitt & Discharge him the s.d John Hyde
       and therewith hold himselfe fully sttisfied hath
       Bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and Confirmed
       As by these p.rsents he Doth for him and
       his heires Bargaine sell Aliene Enfeoffe &
       Confirme unto him the said John Hyde his
       heires & assignes forever  All that those
       severall Tracts of Land herein after specified
       & Discribed (that is to say) one hundred and
       sixty a of Land Lyeing in Calvert County
       Called Fellowship orriginally Granted to me
       und.r the Greater seale of this province the tenth
       Day of November one thousand seven hundred
