       This Indenture made the fifteenth
       day of September Anno Dm 1705  And in y.e fourth yeare
       of the reigne of our Sovereigne Lady Anne by the Grace
       of God of England Scotland France and Ireland Queen
       defender of the faith &c Between James Robinson
       of Cecill County in the province of Maryland planter
       of y.e one parte and Sam.ll Lowman of Newcastle
       in the County of New castle upon Delaware Esq.r
       of the other parte Wittnesseth that y.e sd James Robinson
       for & in Consideration of y.e sume of one hundred
       & twenty pounds Currant Money of Pensilvania
       to him in hand by the sd Sam.l Lowman before
       the Ensealing and delivery hereof well and truely
       paid the rect whereof he the said James Robinson
       doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof doth acquitt
       & discharge y.e sd Sam.l Lowman his heires Ex.rs
       & Adm.rs and every of them forever by these p.rsents
       As also for divers other ^good^ causes & Valluable considerations
       him thereunto Especially moving he
