       John Coale & Johanna his wife to the uses
       therein mentioned according to Law before

       This Indenture made the twenty seaventh
       day of october in the third year of y.e Reign of
       our Sovereign Lady Queen Anne & in y.e year of our
       Lord one thousand seaven hundred & four Between
       Henry Wriothesley of Baltemore Co.ty in the
       province of Maryland Gent of the one part &
       Joshua Cecil of prince Georges Co.ty of y.e province
       afd Gent of y.e other part Wittnesseth that the
       said Henry wriothesley for & in consideracon of
       the sume of fifty five pounds ster lawfull
       mony of England to him y.e sd Henry wriothesley
       in hand paid at or secured to be paid at or
       before y.e Ensealing & Delivery of these p.rsents
       the receipt whereof he y.e s.d Henry Wriothesley
       doth acknowledge himself to be therewith
       fully satisfied Contented & paid & thereof & of
       Every part and parcell thereof doth Clearly
       acquit Exonerate & discharge y.e sd Joshua Cecil
