                        at the Prayer of Anthony Smith the folo.o
                        receipt is recorded viz.t

       Recd July the 18.th 1705 of M.r Anthony Smith the Sume
       of One Pound fourteen shillings sterl mony being for the
       Alienation of Holland containing six hundred and fifty
       Acres of Land and Heaths Adventure containing two hundred
       Acres of Land purchased by him from M.r Thomas
       Larkin      I Say recd  P  R Bennett
       int.r July y.e 19.th 1705      vide Conveyance in fol.o 796


       J^u^ne y.e 30.th 1705
       To all psons to whom these p.rsents shall come
       I Tho Smithson Esq Cheif Justice of her
       Mas.ts provinciall Court doe certify y.t I have
       admitted Richard Dallam gent an Attourney
       in y.e provinciall Court & y.t he hath taken all
       y.e usuall Oaths & is legally quallified to take
       out proces & plead in y.e s.d Court witnesse my
       hand
