(85 former powers or Lettrs of att.ry by us Given or granted to any other pson or psons whatsoever and to that End with any pson or psons whome it shall or may concerne to account and to view settle and adjust all acco.ts relateing to the pmises and the ball thereof to receive upon recoveryes and recepts to give one or more acquitances or other suficient Discharges in Due forme of Law but in Case of refusall or Delay by any pson or psons their Execut.rs or adm.rs whome it shall or may Concerne to make and render Just and perfect acco.ts paym.ts and satisfaction in the pmises him or them thereunto Compell by all Lawfull ways or meanes w.tsoever and to that End if need be to appeare before all Lords Judges and Justices in any Couet or Courts thereto Doe say pursue Implead seize sequester attach Imprison and to Condemne and out of prison againe to Deliver and generally in and Concerneing the pmises to Doe pforme and Execute all and what Ever shalbe requisett & nesesary and as fully amply and Effectualy to all Intents Constructions and purposes as they the said Constituants might or Could Doe of psonally psents and that altho the Case should require more speciall and perticuler power then is herein before Exprest with power to substitute owe or more atto.rys under him with Like or lemitted power and the same againe to re^v^oke y.e the said Constituants herty promiseing to ratifye Confirme and hold for good and valid all and whatsoever their said atto.ry or his substitutes shall Lawfully Doe or Cause to be Done in or about the pmises by vertue of these psents |
