                            July 10.th 1699
       Then Came the within named Morgan Jones and did make oath
       upon the holy Evangelists before me Rob.t Ungle one of the Justices
       of the peace for the County of Talbott that the within wrighteings
       is the Act and Deed of the within menconed Edw.d Paine and further
       saith not
                                           Juratt Coram me  Robert Ungle

                         July 10.th 1699
       Then came the within named William Sellwood and did take y.e
       Test according to Act of Parliament before me Robert Ungle one of
       his Maj.ts Justices of the peace for the County of Talbott that the
       wrighting is the Act and Deed of the within named Edw.d Paine &
       further saith not

           Att the same Time came the above Robert Ungle one of his
          Maj.ts Justices of the peace and wittnesses as abovesaid
