       the seventh & Twentieth day of August in the
       same year one of the same Deeds being a bargaine
       and sale of Lease for a year of sev.rall p.rcells
       of Land & pmisses in the province of Maryland
       in the same Deed or Lease Indented particulerly
       Expressed Another of the said Deeds being
       a Release Indented or Confirmation of the sd
       Bargaine & Sale of the Lands & p.rmisses in the sd
       Lease for a year mentioned and the other of the
       said Deeds being a Deed Poll or Release of
       Right of the Lands & p.rmisses before in the said
       other Deeds mentioned w.ch said Deeds the said
       appearer Thomas Hackett Did now Before us in
       Court and in p.rsense of the witnesses that have thereunto
       subscribed seale & as his Acts and Deeds Deliver
       to the use of James Heath of London M.rch.t
       in the said Deeds named for the purposes therein
       mentioned  And humbly be sought our authentication
       and Corroboration thereof to the Effect
       therein Contained  Wherefore we Doe
       Give his attestation thereof and in further
       Testamoney have Caused the seale of the office
       of Majoralty of the said City of London to be
       hereunto put and affixed  And the said Three
       Deeds to be hereunto annexed Dated in London
       the Tenth Day of November Anno Dm 1699
