       This Indenture made the seventeenth day of
       March in the fourteenth Year of the reign of our sov.raign Lord
       King Willm the third &c Annoq Dni 1701 Between John Jones of
       Baltemore County Gentl & Elizabeth his wife of the one part &
       W.m Taylard of Ann Arundell Co.ty Gentl of the other part
       Witnesseth that as well for the love & affeccon w.ch they the said
       John Jones & Elizabeth his wife have & bear towards the
       Children Wolfron Hunt & John Hunt sons of the said Eliz.a by
       one Wolfron Hunt lately decd & Josias Jones son of the sd John
       & Elizabeth Jones lately called Elizabeth Hunt & for settlem.t of
       a Certain tract of Land hereafter mencond to uses herein
       after expressed as also for & in Consideration of y.e sume of
       five shill sterl to them the sid John Jones & Elizabeth his wife
       the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged they the sd John
       Jones & Elizabeth his wife have given Granted bargaind sold &
       Confirmd & by these p.rsents do give Grant bargaine sell &
       Confirm unto the said W.m Taylard his heires & Assigns for ever
       all that tract or parcell of Land called pushpin lying in
       Baltemore County & on the Middle River of puttuxent Beginning
       at the first tree North by West two hundred ^Ps^ East by North
       one hundred & sixty perches South by East two hundred Pches then
       to the first tree Containing two hundred acres more or less
       according to the survey ^hereof^ as by patent remaining on record
       in the Land Office at Annapolis relation being thereunto
       had it doth & may more fully and at large appear together w.th
       all the Woods Underwoods ways Easem.ts profitts Comoditys
       Emoluments & appurts to the same belonging or in any wise
       appurtaining And all the Estate right title Interest & Claime of the
       said John Jones & Eliz.a his wife or either of them have of in or to the
       afd Land & premisses To have & to hold the afd two hundred
       Acres of Land & premises with their & every of their appurts unto him
       the said W.m Taylard & his heires forever to & for the severall uses
