       And in the presence of The Evidences hereafter Named psonally appeared
       M.r Joseph Browne of London Doctor in physick Who declared to
       have Made ordained Constituted and by these presents doth Make
       Ordaine and Constitute M.r Thomas Waine Wright of London Merchant
       Now bound out on a Voyage to Virginia his true and Lawfully att.ry
       Giving and by these granting unto his said Att.ry full power &
       Lawfully Authority for him the Said Constituant in his Name and
       to his use to aske demand Leavy Sue for and by all Lawfull ways
       and Meanes recover and receive of and from Thomas Carpenter of South
       river in Maryland merchant his heires Executors and Adm.rs goods
       Chattells and Estate and of and from all and Every other Psons or Psons
       of what degree or quality Soever whom it shall or May Concerne all
       Such Sume and Sumes of money goods Wares merchandizes Effects
       Estate and things whatsoever as are due to him the said Constituant &
       to him owing belonging or in any wise appertaining for or upon account
       of goods formerly Sent or delivered to the Said Thomas Carpenter
       upon account of The Said Thomas Carpenter or for or upon what other
       Account Soever Nothing Excepted nor recerved  And to that end with
       the Said Thomas Carpenter his heires Executors and Adm.rs and all others
       whom it Shall or May Concerne to account and aview Setle and adjust
       All accounts and y.e ballance Thereof to receive upon recoveries or receipt
       to give one or More acquittances or other Sufficient discharges in
       due forme of Law but in Case of refusall or delay by the Said Thomas
       Carpenter his heires Executors or Adm.rs or any other Pson or Psons whom
       it Shall or May Concerne to make and render Just and true Account and
       Make ^payment &^ Satisfaccon in the p.rmises him her or them thereunto to Compell
       by all Lawfull ways and meanes whatsoever also if need be to appeare
       before all Lords Judges and Justices in Any Court or Courts thereto answer
       Defend and Reply in All Matters or Causes touching or Concerning the
       p.rmises to do say pursue Implead seize sequester attach Imprison and to
       Condemne and out of prison againe to deliver Also to Compound Conclude
       by Arbitration or otherwise as his said Att.ry shall think fitt and Grally
       in And Concerning the p.rmises to do Pforme and Execute all and whatsoever
