       heires Executors adm.rs or assignes Make doe acknowledge
       Execute and suffer or Cause to be made done acknowledged
       Executed and suffered and all and Every such further
       and other lawfull and reasonable act and acts thing
       and things Devices Conveyance and Assureances in
       the law whatsoever for the further assureing
       surety sure makeing settleing and Conveying of
       all singular the said premisses with the appurtences
       unto and upon the said Joseph Wilson his heires
       and assignes for ever be the same by Matter of record
       or not record as by the said Joseph Wilson his
       heires or assignes or his or their Councell learned
       in the law shall be reasonably advised Devised or
       required  In wittness whereof the abovesaid
       William Osborne have to this present Indenture
       sett his and fixed his seale the day and year first
       above written                                    his

       of our sovereigne lady the Queen then and there
       setting the within named W.m osborn in his owne
       proper person and did acknowledge the within
       written Indenture or Deed of bargaine and sale
       to be the proper act and Deed of him the said W.m
       osborn according to the Derection of the Act of
       Assembly in that Case made and provided
