       att.ry Bee it knowne & manifest unto all people that
       on y.e 27 day of Jan.ry Anno Dm 1701 & in y.e 13.th
       Y.r of y.e Reigne of King W.m the third &c.a before me
       W.m Scorey Notary Publick Admitted and Sworne
       dwelling in Lon.d & in p.rsence of y.e wittnesses after
       named personally appeard perregrine Browne of
       London afd Merchant & hath made ordaind & constituted
       & by these p.rsents doth make ordaine and constitute
       M.r Giles Bond of Chester River in Maryland
       Merchant his true and lawfull Att.ry Giveing unto
       him full power and authority for and in y.e name
       &c.a for y.e use of y.e said Constituant to ask demand
       sue for recover and receive all and singular such sume
       & sumes of money Goods wares m.rchandizes Tobb.oes and
       things W.tsoever as are or shalbe due oweing and belonging
       to y.e sd Constituants by or from any p.rson or p.rsons
       w.tsoever  in Maryland verg.a or Else wherein America
