       of plotts old feilds or by any other Name
       whatsoever or perney Hill nere plotts Branch
       and all ^other^ the Lands and Tenements of the said
       W.m Miles scituate Lyeing and being in
       Maryland afd and w.th he the said W.m Miles
       was possessed at the time of his Decease
       together with all houses Ediffices building
       Orchards Gardins timber Trees woods underwoods
       plantacons and Improvements thereon with
       there and Every of there appurtenances thereunto
       belonging or accepted Reputed Taken or
       Knowne at parte parcell or Member thereof
       and the Revercon and Revercons Remainders
       and Remainders thereof and of Every parte
       and parcell thereof and all the Estate Right
       title Interest Inheritance property profitt
       possession Clayme and Demand whatsoever
       both in law and Equitty or otherwise howsoever
       of me the said Robert Miles the sonn of in
       and to the same and Every or any parte or parcell
       thereof as by one indenture of bargaine and
       sale for a year bearing date the thirteenth
       Day of September Anno Dn one thousand
       seaven hundred and one ^Indenture of lease and Grant bearing Date the fourteenth day of the said Month of Setember
       one thousand seven hundred^ Indenture and both
       made from me the said Robert Miles the
       sonn unto the said John Brice and his
       heires of the said land plantacon and premisses
       more fully may appeare  Now Know
       Yee that I the said Robert Miles the sonn
       for the better Corroborateing Confirming granting
       Conveying and assureing of the said Lands
       plantacon and premisses to the said John
